What You Will Do Tie and untie wires Place and remove orthodontic appliances Bond brackets and place Invisalign attachments Take clinical photos and perform iTero digital scans Set up, clean, and break down treatment areas while strictly maintaining sterilization standards Record clear, accurate clinical notes in Open Dental Communicate effectively with patients and parents to deliver a memorable, five-star experience What We Are Looking For Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and CPR certification (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Previous orthodontic assisting experience (Braces and/or Invisalign) preferred, but we will train the right candidate Experience with Open Dental and iTero scanners is a plus Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn Perks and Benefits Dental Benefits Paid time off Hands-on training and mentorship A collaborative, supportive team environment Real opportunities for career advancement in a growing practice How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short introduction.
