Title: Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Centennial, CO Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Employee Schedule: Flexible: Starting at 2-3 days per week, with opportunity to expand to additional days per week over time Experience Level: Registered Dental Hygienist with biological and/or oral-systemic experience preferred Compensation: $60–$70 per hour, commensurate with experience, clinical skillset, and experience in biological dentistry, oral-systemic health, and advanced periodontal care Collective Health Society is redefining healthcare with an innovative dental and wellness practice that blends biological dentistry and functional medicine to deliver whole-body healing. Our RDH will play an integral role in the overall health of our patients. Rather than simply treating symptoms, our team uses advanced diagnostics, individualized treatment protocols, and biologically aligned therapies to identify and address the underlying causes of periodontal disease and oral inflammation. What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care aligned with biological, oral-systemic, and whole-body health principles Perform thorough periodontal assessments, including full-mouth periodontal charting, bleeding and inflammation assessment, recession, mobility, and other clinical indicators of periodontal health Identify and appropriately diagnose periodontal disease in collaboration with the treating dentist and develop individualized periodontal treatment recommendations Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene therapies based on each patient's clinical needs Utilize advanced diagnostics and testing to evaluate oral and systemic risk factors, including oral microbiome testing and inflammatory markers Incorporate biologically supportive therapies and technologies into patient care, including laser-assisted periodontal therapy, ozone therapy, irrigation, and other adjunctive treatments as clinically appropriate Evaluate patients for airway and myofunctional concerns and collaborate with the broader clinical team when additional assessment or treatment may be indicated Educate patients on the connection between periodontal disease, oral pathogens, inflammation, and systemic health Provide individualized home-care recommendations and help patients understand how nutrition, lifestyle, oral hygiene, and other factors may influence their oral and overall health Partner with dentists and interdisciplinary providers on complex patient cases, integrating hygiene and periodontal care into broader functional and preventive treatment plans Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and ensure appropriate follow-up and continuing-care intervals Deliver a calm, high-touch, patient-first experience focused on education, prevention, comfort, and long-term health outcomes Build strong patient relationships that encourage trust, treatment acceptance, and long-term retention What We’re Looking For: Current Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification and all other credentials required to practice dental hygiene in Colorado Strong periodontal assessment, diagnosis, and clinical treatment skills Experience with periodontal therapy and management of patients with active periodontal disease Interest in biological dentistry, oral-systemic health, functional medicine, and interdisciplinary care Laser certification and experience with laser-assisted periodontal therapy preferred Experience with oral microbiome testing, ozone therapy, salivary diagnostics, or other advanced hygiene protocols is a plus Candidates without prior biological dentistry experience must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adopt biologically aligned protocols Confident patient educator who can clearly explain clinical findings, treatment recommendations, and the oral-systemic connection Professional, collaborative, proactive, and patient-centered approach High clinical standards, strong attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement Comfortable working in a growing practice where systems and protocols continue to evolve Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Innovative Care Model: Practice in a setting that integrates dentistry and functional medicine to treat root causes and improve systemic health Start-Up Energy with Purpose: Help shape systems, workflows, and a one-of-a-kind clinic culture from the ground up Collaborative Team Culture: Work closely with passionate providers across multiple disciplines Beautiful, Modern Space: Practice in a thoughtfully designed, fully equipped, state-of-the-art facility Professional Growth: Access continuing education, hands-on training, and mentorship in biological and oral-systemic dentistry Be part of a revolutionary clinic that’s redefining dental care from the inside out.
