The position is flexible for either part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate would be someone who is warm, welcoming and enjoys helping patients achieve their dental goals. The ideal candidate would be passionate about helping patients stay on track to great oral health and treating periodontal disease. They believe that overall health doesn't exclude the mouth. The ideal candidate would also be interested in learning and growing within their field and working in partnership with our doctor and team members. We look for individuals with great customer service skills, attention to detail and a passion for making dentistry fun and easy for patients. Our office is a privately owned practice by Dr. Allison Lesko. We have an all female all-star team who make the day a fun and supportive work enviornment. Our office provides a wide array of treatments from general dentistry, to implants, Invisalign and sleep apnea. We have state of the art equipment, beautiful facilities, two therapy office dogs! We focus on patient relationships and customer service while delivering exceptional care. SCHEDULE: This position is a full-time employment opportunity, though open to part-time Our work day is Monday-Thursday 7:40am -4:30pm with patient care between 8am-4pm. We have a morning huddle from 7:40-7:55am so we’re all set for our day. Occasionally through the year we do have select Friday's open which are optional. Closed for all major holidays and the last 2 weeks of the year. NO ACCELERATED HYGIENE. Our time with our patients matters, we schedule prophys for 60 minutes, SRP 90-120min, and 2 hours for New Patient exams. There is also a scheduled 1 hour lunch break.
