Orthodontic Dental Assistant Location: Dental Depot DFW (5 locations, rotating based on ortho schedule) Employer of record: Hebron Orthodontics Status: Full-time Reports to: Specialty Regional Coordinator About the Role Hebron Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support our orthodontic program across Dental Depot DFW's five locations. You will be employed by Hebron Orthodontics and work on-site at Dental Depot offices the majority of the time, traveling between locations based on the ortho day schedule. This is a hands-on role for someone organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning the ortho bay from setup through case tracking. What You'll Do Prep the ortho schedule ahead of each ortho day Prep and organize brackets for scheduled cases Restock the ortho bay and operatories Manage ortho inventory and place supply orders Keep the ortho bay, instruments, and supplies organized and clinic-ready Upload patient records and keep documentation current Check cases in and out, tracking status from lab to delivery Support the orthodontist chairside during ortho days Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance standards What We're Looking For Required Prior dental assisting experience Current Texas RDA registration (or eligible and willing to obtain) Current BLS/CPR certification Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between DFW locations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently between provider visits Preferred 1+ years of orthodontic assisting experience Experience with bracket prep, bonding assistance, and wire changes Familiarity with practice management software (CareStack or similar) Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with inventory management and supply ordering Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday. Location varies by day based on the orthodontic rotation across the five Dental Depot DFW offices. Schedule provided in advance.
