Part-Time | 1 Day Per Week | Conroe, TX A well-established and highly respected periodontal specialty practice serving The Woodlands and surrounding communities is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team at our Conroe office one day per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys providing exceptional patient care and wants to be part of a professional, supportive periodontal team. Position Details Position: Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Conroe, TX Schedule: 1 day per week Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time The specific day of the week will be determined based on office needs and candidate availability. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive periodontal hygiene care and preventive treatment Perform periodontal assessments and document findings accurately Educate patients regarding periodontal health, oral hygiene, and recommended home care Reinforce treatment recommendations and the importance of maintaining periodontal health Monitor patients' periodontal condition and communicate concerns to the periodontist Build strong relationships with patients and provide a positive, comfortable experience Work closely with the periodontist and dental team to provide coordinated patient care Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Follow all OSHA, infection-control, and practice protocols Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Minimum 2â3 years of clinical hygiene experience; 5+ years preferred Experience in a periodontal or specialty practice is a plus Strong clinical foundation and understanding of periodontal health Excellent patient communication and chairside manner Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing outstanding patient care Dependable, organized, and able to manage time efficiently Comfortable working independently while collaborating with doctors and the dental team Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical documentation skills Current CPR/BLS certification and required Texas dental hygiene credentials Join our team and make a positive impact on our patients' lives through exceptional dental care!
