Dental Front Desk Receptionist - Lockwood Family Dental Care - St. Louis, MO

Lockwood Family Dental Care has been in operation since 2018. We are a small, busy office located in the heart of historic Old Webster in downtown Webster Groves. The roles of this position are to manage patient communications (phone, email, and text) and schedule/reschedule patients using our practice management software (dentrix). Responsibilities also included in this role are processing insurance claims, inter-office communications, etc. There are other responsibilities associated with this position (office organizing and upkeep, special projects, and other office duties). We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience . Additional training for dentrix can be provided, if needed. Candidates without experience need not apply. The position’s hours are flexible with a range of 28-34 hours per week. After an introductory period has passed, paid vacation is accrued and retirement IRA is established. Skills required are general computer competency (e-mail, google chrome, uploading\downloading, scanning).
