Orthodontic Assistant – Clinical & Community Engagement Vargas Orthodontics | Jupiter, FL | $19–$24/hour Are you an energetic, positive orthodontic assistant who loves working with patients, being part of a great team, and making people feel confident about their smiles? Vargas Orthodontics is looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team! This is primarily a clinical chairside position , with an exciting opportunity for someone who also enjoys representing our practice at community events, creating social media content, and helping us build relationships in our community. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. Experience is important, but we're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, coachable, and genuinely enjoys working with people. What You'll Do Clinical Care Assist with orthodontic adjustments, bonding, debonds, appliance deliveries, retainer checks, and other clinical procedures Take digital scans and diagnostic records Provide excellent patient education and home-care instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical area Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols Work efficiently with the entire clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Patient Experience Make patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for Build relationships with patients and parents throughout treatment Help patients understand their orthodontic care Recognize opportunities to improve the patient experience and connect patients with the doctor when they have questions Community & Practice Engagement Represent Vargas Orthodontics at local school events, health fairs, charity runs, and community activities Help create fun, HIPAA-compliant photos and videos for our social media Participate in team events and practice initiatives Help celebrate patient milestones and contribute to our positive office culture Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Positive & Energetic – You bring good energy to the office and enjoy working with people.
