Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Kearney, NE
Dental Hygienist Seeking to hire a RDH for 2-3 days/week. Days are negotiable. We are a comprehensive general dentistry office that emphasizes patient education and exceptional care. The ideal candidate would be a good communicator and team player with a passion for patient interaction. Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing - Take dental x-rays - Conduct oral cancer screenings - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral health care instructions - Administer local anesthesia as needed - Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems (Eaglesoft) - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment Qualifications: - Valid state dental hygiene license - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
