We are an established, privately owned dental practice welcoming approximately 45 new patients per month in Hampton, VA . We are seeking a personable and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team 3 days per week . This position is becoming available due to the upcoming retirement of our current associate , providing an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with an existing patient base and consistent patient flow. Schedule This is a 3-day-per-week position . Mondays off Fridays required: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM The remaining two workdays can be discussed based on practice needs and candidate availability. No weekends Compensation 32% of adjusted production No lab deduction Competitive initial daily guarantee during the transition period Established patient base and schedule Strong earning potential without a 5-day workweek About the Practice Our practice has an established presence in the Hampton Roads community and focuses on providing high-quality comprehensive dental care in a professional, patient-centered environment. Our associate will have the opportunity to practice with clinical autonomy while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
