Walker Family Dental is an established, busy private practice seeking a motivated Dental Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environement and takes ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent patient care. Responsibilities: > Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service > Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions >Confirming upcoming appointments and treatment >Maintain a productive provider schedule and fill holes when they occur >Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits >Follow up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims >Assist with accounts receivable and patient balances > Generating and presenting treatment plans >Contact patients with unscheduled treatment This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week. The schedule includes every other Saturday with one weekday off.
