Dental Assistant â Implant & Full-Mouth Reconstruction Practice Schedule : Monday through Thursday Position Type : Full-time Position Overview: Vista Dental Implants is a growing implant, All on X and full-mouth reconstruction practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for someone who works well as part of a team, is comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment, and has strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will assist with advanced surgical and restorative procedures, including dental implants, extractions, All-on-4 and full-arch cases,and full-mouth reconstruction. Although many of our procedures are surgical, this role also includes extensive restorative assisting and participation in comprehensive reconstruction cases. Primary Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during dental implant surgeries, extractions, bone grafting, and full-arch restorative procedures Set up and break down surgical and restorative treatment rooms Prepare instruments, surgical trays and materials for treatment room setups Maintain proper sterile technique and infection-control protocols Assist with IV sedation cases and patient monitoring when qualified Take digital scans, X-rays, and clinical photographs Support try-ins, adjustments, delivery appointments, and post-operative Communicate treatment instructions and post-operative instructions Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Keep clinical areas organized, properly stocked, and ready for procedures Communicate effectively with the doctor, clinical team, laboratory team, and front office Previous dental assisting experience Good understanding of sterilization, infection control, and clinical safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Strong communication and patient-care skills Commitment to quality, teamwork, and excellent patient experiences Preferred Qualifications: Experience with All-on-4 or other full-arch implant procedures Experience assisting with IV sedation and patient monitoring Experience with digital scanning, dental photography, and CBCT imaging Experience with temporary restorations and complex restorative procedures Familiarity with implant components and digital implant workflows Schedule: Four-day primary workweek: Monday through Thursday Approximately 36â40 hours per week We offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance with employee premiums fully paid by the employe r Paid holidays Paid vacation 401(k) retirement plan Continuing education and advanced clinical training A supportive and collaborative team environment Long-term growth opportunities within an expanding implant and reconstruction practice Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
