Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Spokane, WA

Dental Assistant â Full-Time Complete Dental Care â Spokane, Washington Pay: $24â$28 per hour, depending on experience Complete Dental Care is looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. Our practice invests in advanced dental technology, including extensive use of CEREC and digital dentistry. We are seeking someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and helps keep the clinical day organized and running efficiently. Experience with CEREC is a strong plus, but we are also willing to help the right candidate continue developing their skills with our technology and procedures. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Assist with CEREC and other digital dental workflows Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before appointments Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient documentation Follow proper sterilization and infection-control procedures Help maintain an efficient flow throughout the clinical day Keep treatment rooms, sterilization areas, and clinical supplies organized Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies need to be ordered Communicate with patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner Provide patients with appropriate post-treatment instructions Work collaboratively with our doctors, dental assistants, and administrative team Continue developing knowledge of the procedures, technology, and systems used within the practice Qualifications At least one year of dental assisting experience required Active Washington State Dental Assistant registration, or ability to obtain it before beginning work Experience taking dental radiographs Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control standards Experience with CEREC or similar digital dental technology strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities efficiently Comfortable learning new procedures and technology Able to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, respectful attitude Current CPR certification preferred Compensation and Benefits $24â$28 per hour, depending on experience Health insurance Vision insurance Dental benefits Paid time off that increases with tenure Retirement plan with employer match Aflac supplemental insurance options Uniform allowance Year-end and other bonus opportunities Benefits eligibility begins after 60 days of employment.
