Experienced Dental Assistant — Join a Growing, Modern Private Practice Borderview Family Dental | Blaine, WA Full-Time | 1+ Year Dental Assisting Experience Required Competitive Pay — Based on Experience Borderview Family Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. We're a busy, privately owned dental practice in Blaine focused on providing excellent dentistry while creating an environment where our team can learn, grow, have fun, and take pride in the work we do. Our practice provides comprehensive dentistry including restorative treatment, oral surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, clear aligners, digital dentistry, in-house crowns, and oral conscious sedation. We continue to invest in technology and expand the level of dentistry we provide. We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of dental assisting experience who: Is dependable and takes pride in their work Understands basic dental procedures and terminology Organized and pays attention to the details Communicates well with patients and teammates Takes ownership and helps solve problems Is comfortable working in a busy, organized practice Team oriented Brings positive energy without bringing workplace drama We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to want to learn. Depending on your experience and interests, you'll have opportunities to assist with and learn: General and restorative dentistry Crown and bridge In-house crown fabrication and same-day digital dentistry Dental implants Surgical extractions Bone grafting Sedation dentistry Clear aligner treatment Digital impressions and scanning CBCT and digital treatment planning Modern digital dental workflows Experience with advanced procedures is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person who already has a strong dental assisting foundation.
