Permanent Dentist Job in Hudson, WI

Purdy Family Dentistry has been serving the St. Croix Community since 2006. We are a busy, family owned, well reputable dental practice that continues to grow in both our Hudson and Baldwin locations. We are currently looking for an exceptional General Dentist to join our talented dental team. (Must currently have or be able to obtain in a timely manner, a Wisconsin Dental License.) The ideal candidate would have excellent restorative, diagnostic, treatment planning and communication skills. Working in a team environment in an effective and efficient manner is key to ensuring our practice is able to provide optimal patient centered care. We offer competitive pay and benefits along with the autonomy to create a schedule that works for you. Pay depends on how many days per week you work, ranging from $150,000-300,000 annually. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct dental care to patients using established dental procedures and techniques as outlined by the ADA. Assess dental condition and needs of patients. Use patient screening procedures to include medical history review, x-rays and dental and periodontal charting. Professional and courteously manage patients during dental procedures. Inform patients of and explain dental procedures being performed. Develop and implement individualized dental care plans. Provide dental education to patients in a clear and easily understood manner to ensure patients understand the recommended treatment plan and include the patient in the discussion. Implement emergency measures for sudden or adverse developments during treatment of patients. Assist in managing the dental office infection control plan to meet OSHA, CDC, and ADA standards. Maintain necessary licensure and CPR certification as required by Wisconsin state law Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Qualifications: Wisconsin licensed dentist with current DEA license. Abide by ethical standards of the licensing board. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems effectively, creatively and decisiveness in decision making.
