Dental Assistant II â SouthPark, NC Dentistry of the Carolinas Experienced Dental Assistants Only â Minimum 2 Years Required Dentistry of the Carolinas is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant II to join our busy, patient-focused SouthPark office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, skilled assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Please Note: This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of recent, hands-on dental assisting experience. Candidates with less than two years of dental assisting experience will not be considered. What We Offer $24â$26/hour , based on experience Medical/health insurance Vision insurance Dental benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Performance bonuses Long-term disability coverage Uniforms provided Continuing education stipend Full PPE provided (disposable gowns, Level 3N95 masks, face shields) What You'll Do Assist with crowns and bridgework, extractions, restorative procedures, impressions, and fabrication of temporary restorations Provide efficient four-handed dentistry while anticipating the doctor's needs Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, manage inventory, and support efficient daily operations Perform quality lab work and maintain dental equipment Required Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of recent, hands-on dental assisting experience (required) Current Dental Assisting, CPR, and X-ray certifications preferred Experience with Open Dental or similar dental software preferred Familiarity with digital radiography Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment About Dentistry of the Carolinas At Dentistry of the Carolinas, we're committed to creating an outstanding experience for both our patients and our team members.
