Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Brookline, MA About Our Practice We are a warm, collaborative private practice in Brookline looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 3–4 days per week. In our office, hygiene is much more than cleanings—our hygienists are vital partners in patient wellness, leading the way in preventive care, oral health education, periodontal therapy, and co-diagnosis. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough preventive and periodontal procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. Take digital radiographs and maintain meticulous, accurate patient records (HIPAA compliant). Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and collaborate with the dentist on treatment plans. Administer local anesthesia and deliver personalized oral hygiene instruction. Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness to empower sustainable habits. Qualifications & Skills Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist License and Local Anesthesia Permit. Solid clinical foundation in periodontics, head/neck anatomy, and patient assessment. Proficiency with dental practice management software and digital imaging systems. Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient connection.
