What The Job Entails: Assist orthodontists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Prepare treatment chairs and sterilize instruments following aseptic techniques and infection control standards Take and develop dental X-rays, including 3D scans, ensuring proper patient positioning and safety protocols Educate patients on orthodontic care instructions, appliance maintenance, and post-treatment procedures Assist with chairside procedures including bonding brackets, placing elastics, and adjusting appliances Support the dental reception team by scheduling appointments and managing patient flow efficiently What We'd Really Like to See: Orthodontic Assisting experience - PREFERRED 1 yr. in the dental field - REQUIRED Positive attitude, quick learner, reliable, can-do mind set.
