Job Title: Orthodontic Clinical Assistant Location: Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $17-$22 per hour depending on experience and orthodontic skills Join a Team that Loves Creating Confident Smiles! We are looking for a motivated and dependable Orthodontic Clinical Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with dental assisting or orthodontic experience, but we are also open to training the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures Prepare patients and treatment areas for appointments Take orthodontic records (photos and digital scans) Place and remove archwires & orthodontic appliances (as allowed by state regulations) Provide patient education on braces, aligners and oral hygiene Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Chart patient treatment notes and progress accurately Help maintain efficient patient flow Create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient at every visit Qualifications: Dental assisting or orthodontic assisting experience Excellent communication with patients and teammates Ability to thrive in a busy clinical environment Strong work ethic with having a positive attitude and team player mindset Attention to detail and efficiency Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for professional growth and training Positive & supportive team culture Paid time off, paid holidays and benefits (if applicable) How to Apply: Send your resume and a short introduction telling us: Why are you interested in orthodontics?
