Overview: Our pediatric dental practice is looking to expand our amazing team with a Front Office and Marketing Coordinator . We are looking for someone with at least one year of dental experience who is friendly, organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to help our practice continue to grow. This is primarily a front desk position, with approximately one day per week dedicated to marketing, community outreach, and patient education. Our office is privately owned, has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we pride ourselves on treating patients with compassion and honesty. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with families, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is excited to contribute beyond the traditional front desk role. Front Desk Responsibilities: Greet and engage with patients and families Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the schedule Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient records Present treatment plans and coordinate patient treatment Coordinate referrals, financial arrangements, and patient payments Follow up on outstanding balances and help fill the schedule Marketing Responsibilities: Approximately one day per week will be dedicated to office growth and marketing responsibilities, including: Create and coordinate social media posts and online content Coordinate and attend local community outreach events Build relationships with schools and community organizations Design parent handouts and educational materials Help organize and promote office events Identify opportunities to increase community awareness and patient growth SKILLS SET DESIRED: Warm, friendly, and professional with patients and families Dental office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills, and able to multitask Detail-oriented and organized Creative and interested in marketing and community outreach Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
