Dental Front Office Receptionist & Scheduler Minted Dental – Desert Ridge / Scottsdale Minted Dental is looking for a bubbly, outgoing, and friendly Dental Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team! We are a privately owned, doctor-owned dental practice — not corporate dentistry — and we take a lot of pride in our team culture and the 5-star experience we provide our patients. What You’ll Do Greet, check in, and check out patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage scheduling in Open Dental Verify dental insurance benefits Complete light clerical and front office duties Help create an organized, welcoming, 5-star patient experience Who We’re Looking For Recent dental experience is required , but we are happy to train the right person who has a recent dental background and a great attitude. Open Dental experience is a plus! Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is warm, upbeat, dependable, personable, and an excellent communicator . You’ll be one of the first faces our patients see, so genuinely enjoying people is a must! This position is primarily at our Desert Ridge location , with occasional coverage at our Shea/101 Scottsdale location , so please apply only if commuting to both locations works for you.
