Qualifications: -At least 1 year dental office experience is required - Experience with Dentrix is required - Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures - Knowledge of ADA dental coding and treatment planning - Handling billing and insurance verification Job Summary: Our office is seeking an experienced part-time receptionist to join our growing general dental office. We currently in need of someone on Mondays-Thursdays from 8:30AM-4:00PM . The ideal candidate will have experience in a general dentistry setting, have excellent customer service, have knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and scheduling with Dentrix . Duties : - Answer phones, and schedule new and existing patients with a professional demeanor. - Assist the dentist and assistants with putting together treatment plans to review cost with patients. - Keep the schedule filled and productive. -Verify insurance coverage (We accept PPO, HMO, and Medicaid insurances) Please only apply if you have experience working as a dental receptionist, thank you.
