This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with office management duties, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing professional and friendly customer support at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Verify PPO Insurance Treatment Coordinator - explain treatment plan to patients due to insurance plan and without insurance.
