Overview We are seeking an Experienced, highly skilled, confident, and dedicated Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. We are a thriving, high volume general practice with a patient base of exclusively PPO insurance and fee for service. We do not participate with Medicaid or Medicare. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of general dentistry procedures, advanced clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, surgical, and cosmetic treatments. What we are looking for At least 5 years of clinical experience Strong, well rounded skills across all aspects of general dentistry: root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and restorative Confidence in your training, your treatment planning, and your ability to deliver comprehensive care Excellent chairside manner and a genuine, respectful working relationship with our clinical and front office team A positive attitude and a team first mindset CEREC experience is a strong plus, but it is not a requirement Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology. Follow guidelines set forth in HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Conduct various dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and professionalism. Maintain accurate medical documentation and record keeping. Practice infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions fostering client trust and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort. Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and other specialties through ongoing education. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Dentist with active certification to practice within the jurisdiction. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental diagnosis, general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically. Experience working within a dental clinic environment emphasizing patient care excellence and adherence to healthcare regulations.
