Registered Dental Assistant — Part-Time (Mon/Wed/Fri/+1 Sat) with Path to Full-Time GLĀZ Dental Studio | Fulshear, TX About Us GLĀZ Dental Studio is a modern, boutique-style, privately owned dental practice in Fulshear, TX. About the Position We’re looking for an experienced part-time Registered Dental Assistant to join our clinical team in a new expansion position. You’ll work alongside our existing clinical team to help us operate multiple treatment suites, accommodate growing patient demand, and keep daily clinical operations running smoothly. This flexible position is anticipated to average approximately three days per week, including at least one Saturday per month. Weekly hours may vary based on patient demand, and schedules will be communicated in advance. We’re specifically looking for someone who wants to grow with GLĀZ Dental Studio and transition into a full-time position as patient demand increases and we add more clinical days during the week. What You’ll Do Assist the doctor during restorative, emergency, surgical, and other general dental procedures. Support the hygienist as needed. Independently prepare, organize, and manage treatment suites. Take high-quality digital X-rays, CBCT, and iTero scans. Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in the patient chart. Maintain sterilization and infection-control protocols. Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to keep the schedule moving efficiently. Treat every patient with kindness, hospitality, and professionalism. Complete required cross-training in basic front-office support, including answering phone calls and appointment scheduling when needed. This position does not require EOB or insurance claims duties. What We’re Looking For Active Texas RDA registration. Current BLS/CPR certification. At least one year of chairside experience required; two or more years preferred. Confidence working independently and assisting with general dental procedures. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication. Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing practice. Willingness to support both clinical and basic front-office operations as needed. Interest in transitioning from part-time to full-time as the practice grows and additional clinical days are added. Experience with Archy, DEXIS, iTero, or other digital dental workflows is a plus (but not required). Flexible weekday availability and availability for at least one Saturday per month.
