The Role We're looking for a friendly, reliable entry-level Dental Assistant / Front Desk Floater to join our team. This is a hybrid position — you'll split your time between assisting chairside and supporting the front desk, depending on what the day needs. We're willing to train the right person, so prior experience is a plus but not required. No experience? No problem. We're happy to train someone with the right attitude — reliable, friendly, and eager to learn. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Occasional Wednesdays Every other Friday What You'll Do Assist chairside with clinical procedures as needed Take and process dental x-rays Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and help manage the schedule Support infection control protocols throughout the office Jump between front and back duties as the day requires — we all work as a team here Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our door Requirements Dental Radiography (X-ray) License — required Infection Control certification — required All required certifications must be completed before your start date Reliable, punctual, and a team player Friendly, patient-focused attitude Comfortable moving between front desk and clinical support duties What We're Looking For Someone who: Shows up on time and shows up for the team Genuinely enjoys working with people Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed on a given day Wants to learn and grow in a small-office environment where their work is noticed Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
