Family Dental At Wesley Chapel is looking for a caring and competent dental assistant who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. This is a part time position. Pay will be based on experience/skills/ ability to perform responsibilities. Qualified applicants who can take on the responsibilities and skills outlined below are preferred. Dental Assistant needed for Tuesdays & Thursdays. Office Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Responsibilities & Skills include (and are not limited to the following): Welcome patients and prepare them for treatment, ensuring their comfort. Take dental x-rays. Assist the dentist chairside. Use Intra-oral scanner. Make temporary crowns. Provide post-operative care instructions. Take alginate impressions, pour and trim models. Clean up operatories after patient care is complete. Set up operatories, instruments and materials. Sterilize instruments according to regulations. Caring & Reliable. Able to follow instructions. Respect dental office regulations.
