Responsibilities: Assist dentists during treatments and procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality care. Take digital radiographs and impressions accurately. Provide four-handed assistance to streamline workflow. Manage patient treatment notes using our practice management system. Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from arrival to departure. Support team members with a positive attitude and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Help patients understand their oral health and guide them toward lasting solutions. Qualifications: 3-5 years of previous dental assisting experience is preferred; we are happy to train motivated candidates on our existing systems. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach. Ability to work well in a team-focused environment. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
