Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Humble, TX

Private general dentist practice in need of a Bilingual Spanish and English speaking RDA for chairside assisting Mon-Thurs. Coronal polishing and nitrous monitoring certifications required. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments using aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment Assist dentists chairside during various procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry Take and develop X-rays, including 3D scans, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are followed Manage patient records electronically using Curve Dental Collect vital signs and medical history information to support comprehensive patient assessments Provide dental education by explaining procedures and terminology clearly to patients of all ages, including pediatrics Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments with a dental receptionist role in mind and managing medical documentation and records Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant with current licensure in accordance with state regulations Proven experience in dental assisting within a busy dental clinic environment, including general dentistry and specialty areas like prosthodontics or endodontics Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely while adhering to radiation safety standard Bilingual English and Spanish is required for this role Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and educate patients about their treatments Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional dental care!
