Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Full-time Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. This office has been established for 9 years now and have stable flow of Patients.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with expertise in a wide range of dental procedures and patient care. The successful applicant will be instrumental in delivering high-quality dental treatments while fostering positive patient relationships and maintaining clinical standards. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis, utilizing advanced medical imaging and dental terminology. Deliver a broad spectrum of dental services such as restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment. Utilize dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for accurate medical documentation and record keeping in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with team members on treatment planning, including pediatric dentistry cases and complex procedures requiring anesthesiology or specialized expertise. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental technology advancements and participate in ongoing professional development. Ensure all clinical activities comply with legal standards and healthcare policies related to medical records management and infection prevention. Skills Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Extensive experience in general dentistry with skills in dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of various procedures. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and oral health diagnostics. Expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, orthodontics, and implantology. Familiarity with infection control practices and aseptic techniques within a clinical setting. Ability to communicate clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws governing medical documentation and patient privacy. Excellent organizational skills for managing medical records efficiently while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
