Who We’re Looking For: We are searching for a Front Desk Coordinator & Orthodontic Assistant who is passionate about patient care, organized, and ready to take on multiple roles in a growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building our office while growing your own career. Responsibilities: Front Desk & Patient Coordination Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Schedule and confirm appointments Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process Treatment & Financial Coordination Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Verify insurance benefits and process claims Help patients understand payment plans and financing options Orthodontic Assisting (as needed) Assist Dr. Gupta chairside with procedures Take X-rays, impressions, and scans Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinical area Qualifications: Experience in orthodontics or general dentistry preferred Ability to discuss treatment costs confidently and professionally Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter Must be a team player willing to take on multiple roles Bilingual (Spanish) is REQUIRED Why Join Us?
