Modern, kid-friendly facility designed for comfort and efficiency Cutting-edge technology combined with a compassionate care approach A supportive network that encourages growth into leadership roles The chance to make a meaningful impact on children’s health and your own career journey Summary of Essential Job Functions Work chair-side with Orthodontist, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties Preparing and taking patient molds Changing out rubber bands, wires, and brackets Adjusting fit of clear aligners such as Invisalign Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays) Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling) Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures At a Glance CDA or RDA certification required X-ray certification preferred Minimum of 2 year of orthodontic assisting experience Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Passion for delivering outstanding patient care Compensation and Schedule Starting Pay: $20+ per hour, based on experience + a onetime sign-on bonus of $500 Monthly Bonus Pay: up to $300 additional per month Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shifts only, no nights or weekends, with shorter workdays on Fridays Benefits: Health coverage, 401(K) retirement plan, PTO, paid holidays, and wellness days to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance Benefits That Support You Personally and Professionally At Kids Dental Brands, we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and future.
