In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Assist doctor on the chair side Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Manage patient records and data entry with accuracy Perform office duties as assigned Foster a caring and professional environment for patients and team members What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of dental back office experience (required) Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (required) Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and customer service skills A friendly, professional, and compassionate personality Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed A willingness to learn and grow within our team Desire to contribute to charitable initiatives and make a difference in the community Schedule: Selected days on Monday to Friday Rotating weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications: 2+ year of chair side experience Passion for delivering high-quality patient care Join Our Team!
