Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident working alongside the dentist, is highly organized, and takes pride in doing things the right way. The ideal candidate is dependable and punctual, professional in appearance and communication, comfortable in a fast-paced dental environment, and able to work efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who wants to become a valued, long-term member of our team. Schedule Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM No Fridays – enjoy a long weekend every week! Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist with a variety of procedures, including: Crown & bridge Oral surgery Restorative procedures Invisalign Other general dental procedures Take dental x-rays and maintain proper radiographic techniques Utilize digital dental technology and intraoral scanners Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols Provide professional, compassionate, and attentive patient care Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Anticipate the dentist’s needs and work efficiently as part of a team Assist with sterilization and proper instrument processing Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation Requirements Minimum 3 years of Dental Assisting experience – REQUIRED Current X-ray certification – REQUIRED Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a busy dental office Experience with digital dental systems and intraoral scanners is preferred What We Offer Competitive pay: $20–$30/hour , based on experience and skill Monday–Thursday schedule No Fridays Safe Harbor 401(k) plan 401(k) matching Paid time off Paid vacation Paid holidays Health insurance Employee discount Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow and develop your dental assisting skills Who We’re Looking For We are looking for more than someone who can simply assist with procedures.
