Our established holistic dental practice in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Our ideal hygienist is someone who: Holds a current Michigan RDH license Is compassionate and genuinely enjoys connecting with patients Provides thorough, high-quality periodontal care Is confident educating patients about their oral health Understands the importance of prevention and the oral-systemic connection Is interested in holistic, biologic, integrative, and/or airway-focused dentistry Is dependable, positive, and team-oriented Values quality of care over rushing through appointments Wants to be part of a practice where their knowledge and clinical judgment are valued Responsibilities Perform comprehensive hygiene and periodontal therapy Assess periodontal health and communicate findings with patients and doctors Take necessary digital radiographs Provide individualized oral hygiene education Discuss nutrition, home care, and other factors that may affect oral health Identify concerns and collaborate with the doctor on appropriate treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Why Join Our Team?
