Licensed Dental Assistant Wood City Dental is looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our team! We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented dental professional who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient. What You’ll Do Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Take and develop dental radiographs Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Provide patients with friendly, professional chairside care Assist with patient education and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow infection-control and OSHA standards Work collaboratively with the entire dental team Help ensure the office runs efficiently and patients feel comfortable and cared for Learning CERAC technology and implementation, 3D printing What We’re Looking For Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Friendly, professional, and compassionate personality Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members Dependable, punctual, and motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits include: 10 paid time off days equaling 80 hour and paid holidays, 6 Paid Holidays: New years day, Memorial day, 4th July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, if they fall on day that we work Professional development assistance (CE allowance) 401K Retirement with 4 % employer match Uniform allowance Dental Benefits for you and family A supportive and welcoming team environment Join Our Team If you are passionate about dentistry, enjoy helping people, and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients, we would love to hear from you!
