About the Position As a Licensed Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and team members to provide high-quality clinical care while helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and develop dental radiographs as permitted by licensure Perform sterilization and instrument processing Prepare and maintain dental instruments and materials Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Take impressions, scans, photos, and other diagnostic records as needed Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Follow OSHA, infection control, and office safety protocols Support the dental team wherever needed to ensure an efficient patient experience What We're Looking For Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license Previous dental assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Professional, friendly, and compassionate personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Commitment to providing exceptional patient care We are currently looking for either 2 part-time or 1 full-time dental assistant to join our team Why Join Our Practice?
