Why You'll Love Working Here: Our doctors are approachable, easygoing, and believe in coaching their team We are an established office with a loyal patient base that feels like family We have a fantastic team that is supportive and truly enjoys working together What We Are Looking For: An EDDA with 1 or more years of experience working in general dentistry An assistant that truly values patient care and desires to make a difference Someone that is outgoing, reliable and excited to learn and grow within a team ______________________________________________________________________________________ Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm Friday 7:45am-3:15pm Compensation: $26-$30/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and EAP. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: A thorough review and update of the patient's health history Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry Provide post-operative care instructions Assist with ordering and stocking supplies Requirements: 1 year of experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certified Dental Assistant and EDDA certification preferred Active CPR or willing to obtain X-Ray Certification required Accepting applications until October 31, 2026 or we find the right candidate Pay Range: USD $26.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
