Join Our Team at Cottonwood Family Dentistry Cottonwood Family Dentistry is seeking a dependable, friendly team member who can confidently support the clinical and administrative sides of our practice. The person we hire will predominantly work as a Dental Assistant, but will also be fully trained at the front desk. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every patient. We would love someone with experience, but are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right person! Location: Great Falls, MT What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities (Dental Assisting) Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Provide patient education and ensure patient comfort throughout appointments Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Front Office Responsibilities (as needed) Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out Answer phones and schedule appointments Help coordinate the daily schedule and patient flow Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment plan presentations Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records Support administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and digital charting What We're Looking For Experience as a dental assistant and/or front office team member in a dental office is preferred An exceptionally reliable individual who is positive, energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor The ability to multitask and transition smoothly between clinical and administrative responsibilities Confidence using computers and managing digital workflows efficiently Radiology certification or willingness to obtain certification What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Health insurance benefits Employee discount on dental care 401(k) with employer match On-the-job training and support Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Modern operatories and digital technology A family-friendly, positive, drama-free workplace where team members genuinely enjoy working together How to Apply Please apply here on Indeed and we'll be in touch.
