Dental Assistant – Pediatric Dental Office | $20–$28/hour Great with people? Positive, dependable, and willing to learn? We can teach you the dental part. Elevated Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an awesome person to join our team! We’re a busy, growing pediatric dental office in Castle Rock, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids and families. Dental experience is NOT required. While experience is definitely a plus, we’re willing to train the right person from scratch. For us, attitude matters just as much as experience. Our ideal team member is: Positive, friendly, and upbeat Great with children and parents Reliable and on time Hardworking and willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment A team player who helps coworkers without being asked Willing to learn and open to feedback Someone who takes pride in providing an amazing experience for our families What you'll do: We'll train you on everything you need to know, including: Assisting the dentist during procedures Taking dental X-rays Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection-control standards Helping children feel comfortable during their appointments Educating patients and parents Supporting the clinical team throughout the day Keeping the office organized, clean, and running smoothly If you already have dental or pediatric dental experience, that's fantastic and compensation will reflect your experience and skills. Pay: $20–$28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. If you don't have dental experience but think, "This sounds like me," we still want to hear from you. We can teach dental assisting.
