Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, radiographs, and periodontal charting. Educate patients and help them understand their oral and overall health. Partner with our doctors to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain excellent clinical documentation, infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Build relationships that keep patients healthy and coming back. Be a teammate—jump in, communicate, contribute, and have some fun along the way. What We're Looking For Current Virginia RDH license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical and communication skills. Passion for periodontal health and patient education. Dependable, organized, and team-oriented. Comfortable with dental technology and practice management software. Most importantly: someone who genuinely cares about people.
