What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a confident, patient-focused, and highly productive Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. To maintain our high standard of care and support our robust patient base, the ideal candidate must possess: Experience Required: Minimum of 2â3+ years of clinical experience in a fast-paced private practice setting (GPR/AEGD is a plus). Clinical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient and confident in comprehensive general dentistry, including molar endodontics , complex oral surgery/extractions , fixed and removable prosthodontics. Family Care: Must be comfortable and reasonable treating pediatric patients as part of our family-centered practice philosophy. Mindset: A team-oriented clinician who values clear communication, building patient rapport, and working collaboratively with an advanced hygiene team. Schedule: Full-Time (minimum 4 days a week, may include Saturdays 8-2) No corporate micromanagementâcomplete clinical autonomy within our established practice systems. Compensation & Financial Incentives: We offer a highly lucrative and transparent compensation package designed to reward top-tier production and clinical efficiency: Minimum Daily Guarantee: $900.00 per day Production Percentage: 33% of Adjusted Production (whichever is greater) Earning Potential: High-volume, well-established patient flow ensures immediate, sustainable earning potential well above the daily guarantee.
