Assistant Office Manager Positions are available and we are looking for who is reliable and able to learn new things. ***Must be willing to learn and communicate with the patients. Good attitude is required. Must be a team player and self motivated. Experience for the front office is REQUIREMENT. Examples of Duties of Office Receptionist Include: * Answering phones * Confirming appointments * Scheduling appointments * Verifying benefits and work with insurance insurance company. * Checking patients in/out * Preparing treatment plans * Scanning * Collecting balances & co-pays * Managing patient finance options * Tracking outstanding insurance claims / patient balances * Follow-up; schedule procedures * Utilize Windows and Emails.
