We are a dual doctor practice in Tacoma whose vision is to provide high quality, patient-centered dentistry in a comfortable environment. We need an assistant who is reliable, a self starter who takes charge of their assistant responsibilities and is passionate about dentistry. Qualified applicant should have: WA State Dental Assisting Registration Self-motivation Excellent communication skills A team-player mentality with an upbeat attitude 3+ years assisting experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive, depending on experience Office hours are M 6:30-3:00, T,W,TH 6:30 am-4:00/4:30 pm Desired Qualifications: 3 years dental experience Ability to prioritize Ability to communicate with doctor and team throughout the day Ability to handle multiple responsibilities Experience with Dentrix Manage patient schedule Create referrals and be the liaison between specialists Facilitate multiple aspects of patient relationships Passion for continuing education Eager to achieve professional growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills Emotional intelligence Maturity and ability give and receive feedback Resilience, adaptability, flexibility Professionalism Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Free parking Paid time off Uniform allowance Wellness program Work Location: In person
