We're looking for a great general dentist, someone who's great with kids or wants to be. Every child who walks through our doors deserves a dentist who genuinely cares. Pediatric experience isn't required; a genuine interest in treating children is. At Smile Central Dental, you'll be surrounded by an experienced team who will support you as you grow, not hand you a chart and walk away. We're a busy general practice, so you'll learn fast, but you'll never be figuring it out alone. Compensation is percentage-based and competitive, and we take real pride in mentoring. Whether you're early in your career or just haven't had much pediatric exposure yet, we'll invest in getting you there.
