About the Role We're seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is confident chairside, great with patients of all ages, and ready to hit the ground running in a fully digital practice. This is a full-time position with a strong benefits package. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist chairside during exams, adjustments, and procedures Place and remove archwires, ligatures, and LightForce 3D-printed braces and other orthodontic appliances Place Invisalign attachments Take digital photographs, x-rays, and intraoral scans as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain accurate patient charts and treatment records using our digital workflow Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an orthodontic assistant required Strong chairside skills and comfort working directly with the orthodontist Comfortable working in a fully digital practice (intraoral scanners, digital treatment planning) Excellent communication and patient care skills Dental Assistant certification and/or X-ray certification preferred Reliable, punctual, and a team player Schedule Full-time Pay & Benefits Pay: $20–$28/hr, depending on experience 401(k) Health and vision insurance Monthly bonus Profit share Paid holidays and vacation How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send your resume to drz@zombekortho.com Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Experience: orthodontic assistant: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Weston, FL 33326 (Required) Work Location: In person
