Responsibilities Provide exceptional preventive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents. Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and digital radiographs. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care. Assist doctors with examinations and treatment planning. Accurately document clinical findings. Create a fun, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every patient. Work collaboratively with our pediatric and orthodontic teams to deliver outstanding care. Qualifications Current Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist license. CPR certification. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Compassionate, positive attitude with a genuine love for working with children. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Pediatric experience is appreciated but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
