"Team Practice" We don't put our hygienist(s) on an island and tell them book their schedule. We operate as a unit from front desk to clinical to walk-out. Our hygienist(s) do not have to punch out when they don't have a patient (as long as there is other necessary work to be done). Good verbal communication with patients and team. The requirements + duties: Registered Dental Hygienist Obtain medical histories.
