Responsibilities Must be proficient in root canal treatments and extractions. Diagnose dental conditions through thorough patient assessments and utilize advanced medical imaging techniques. Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive healthcare diagnosis and dental terminology understanding. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Ensure strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are followed during all procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment. Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions, fostering trust and client satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in general dentistry procedures with experience in dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control practices. Experience working with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently to maximize patient comfort and clinical productivity. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques and anesthesiology principles for pain management during procedures. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients about their oral health needs clearly. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare requirements related to medical documentation and medical records management.
