We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced dental front desk team member to join our practice! Ideal candidate: â Previous dental front desk experience â Strong knowledge of Dentrix â Experience with dental insurance, eligibility, benefits & claims â Comfortable with treatment estimates and patient financial discussions â Excellent communication and customer service skills â Organized, dependable, and able to multitask â Team player with a positive attitude Dental experience is required. Experience with Dentrix and dental insurance is especially preferred.
