Dental Assistant II / Expanded Functions DA About Lavalliere Dentistry We’re a small, friendly, fee-for-service dental practice that believes in connecting with patients and doing things the right way. Our patients trust us because we treat them like family and never rush the experience. Our team consists of two hygienists, ONE dental assistant, office manager/front desk, and one dentist. (Our current, incredible dental assistant is leaving us to be closer to family.) We are looking for a highly motivated, quick-learning, proactive dental assistant who enjoys working independently and wants to work to the full scope of their training. This is not a slow-paced or low-responsibility position . Our dental assistant is an essential part of the clinical workflow and is expected to anticipate needs, stay productive, learn quickly, and take ownership and work independently without constant direction. Responsibilities will include: Packing chord, Primescan, managing the CEREC crown workflow through the Primemill, taking the lead on retainer, nightguard, and Invisalign deliveries and try-ins, efficiently managing our systems and protocols. Schedule: Monday 8-5, Tuesday and Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 8-2 Benefits: Health insurance monthly reimbursement, 401k with match, monthly bonus incentives, PTO, complimentary dental care for your and immediate family.
